What we do

Early is a storage problem. Late is a schedule problem.

Most of what goes wrong in an FF&E project goes wrong between the factory and the room. That gap is the part we manage most closely.

The chain

Five stages, all of them ours.

Where procurement stops and logistics begins is exactly where accountability usually gets lost — the buyer blames the freight company, the freight company blames the vendor, and the owner is left holding a damaged headboard. Handling the whole chain removes that seam.

01

Freight consolidation

Multiple vendors combined into fewer, cheaper shipments instead of a delivery a day for three weeks.

02

Receiving & inspection

Every shipment counted and inspected against the purchase order. Damage is claimed on arrival, not discovered at install.

03

Delivery to site

Scheduled against your construction and occupancy calendar so product lands when there's a room ready to take it.

04

Room-by-room installation

Unpacked, assembled, placed to plan, debris removed. Rooms handed back finished rather than full of boxes.

05

Punch list & closeout

Walked with you, documented, and resolved before the project is called complete.

Storage

Where product waits.

Almost every project needs somewhere for product to sit between arrival and installation — a container of casegoods will land before the floor is ready at least once.

We use a receiving warehouse partner rather than shipping vendor-direct to your property. Every shipment is received, counted and inspected against the purchase order there, and held until the site is ready — so damage is claimed while the carrier is still liable, and you aren't storing containers of headboards in a ballroom you were hoping to sell.

Why consolidation matters

Fewer shipments, fewer chances to lose something.

Eleven vendors shipping directly to a property means eleven deliveries someone on your staff has to receive, count and sign for, and eleven separate claims if something arrives broken.

Consolidated freight costs less per piece and, more importantly, gives you one party to call when a count is short.
