What to include
Four things, and we can quote from them.
You don't need a specification, a designer or a finished plan to talk to us. If you have those, send them. If you don't, this is enough:

Room or unit count
Everything scales from this. It's the single most useful number you can give us.

Brand, or independent
Determines whether we're sourcing to an approved-vendor list or building the spec with you.

What you're changing
New build, full renovation, soft goods refresh, a PIP, or OS&E only.

Target completion date
We build the schedule backwards from this and tell you whether it's achievable.
If a PIP just landed
Send us the document itself.
Attach the PIP to your email and we'll return it as a costed, line-item scope with the long-lead items flagged and the compliance requirements separated out — before you commit to anything.
